GAYAR Research Group brings together researchers from different disciplines to work on biological and biomedical problems through artificial intelligence and computational methods. Its headline, Generative AI & Multimodal Biomedical Engineering, reflects a research scope spanning generative AI for biology, systems biology, medical imaging, physiological signals, biosensors, and other multimodal biomedical data.
Based at Eastern Mediterranean University and open to contributors beyond EMU, the group focuses on practical interdisciplinary research and meaningful scientific contribution.
